Axigel Tour takes precautions regarding the confidentiality of your personal information and guarantees that your personal information is always safe. Customer information from our reservation site is never used for commercial purposes and cannot be used as commercial material in any way.
NOT DISCLOSING IDENTITY INFORMATION
Axigel Tour never discloses the identity information of its customers. Disclosures can only be made in cases where there is a request from the police and public administration and/or in line with the individuals’ own wishes.
SERVER STATISTICS AND RECORDS
We regularly analyze the website visitor profile to improve our information and services. These analyzes never include personal information and do not reach visitors’ private information.
IP ADDRESS
IP addresses are unique to each computer and are used to identify users on the internet and access their information. It uses the IP address to report information regarding our reservation system. It ensures secure payment information and protection against fraud. We do not allow our customers’ personal information to be updated outside of our reservation system.

We guarantee that our SSL certificate for Credit Card security on our website is always up to date and that we provide the highest level of security service for your personal information and credit card information with 128-bit data encryption service. Axigel Tour reserves the right to update the information in this document and sends the updated version to the website.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the CONSUMER – Regulation on the Methods and Principles of Implementation of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and performance of the service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the AGENCY sells to the CONSUMER electronically through the www.axigel.co.uk website.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1- CONSUMER declares that he/she has read and is informed about the characteristics, sales price and payment method of the contractual product and all preliminary information regarding the performance and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
2.2- AGENCY is liable to CONSUMER due to the defectiveness of the contractual service.
2.3- If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the service fee to the AGENCY due to the unfair or illegal use of the CONSUMER’s credit card by unauthorized persons, not due to the fault of the AGENCY, after the service has been performed, the CONSUMER is liable for the service fee and any damages arising.
ARTICLE 3 – CANCELLATION – TRANSFER
3.1. The AGENCY may cancel or postpone the trip 24 hours before the departure time due to the lack of definite registration for the required number of passengers and/or adverse weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, unforeseen technical issues and all force majeure reasons that prevent the start or continuation of the trip despite having shown all necessary care. In this case, the CONSUMER has no right to compensation.
3.2 A- If the CONSUMER requests cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the service, the entire amount paid will be refunded to him/her.
B- If the CONSUMER cancels the contract 15-7 days before the start of the service despite not exercising the right of withdrawal within the period, he/she accepts and undertakes to pay 35% of the trip price to the AGENCY and the entire amount less than 7 days before the start of the service. Date changes made by the CONSUMER are deemed as cancellation.
C- In case of cancellation/transfer of the discounted service, the CONSUMER accepts and undertakes to pay 35% of the service fee to the AGENCY until exactly 7 days before the start of the service, and the entire service fee after 7 days.
D- In case of cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service for special products, the entire amount paid up to that point will be refunded to the CONSUMER. The CONSUMER accepts and undertakes to pay 25% of the trip fee if the contract is canceled 59-31 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the trip fee if the contract is canceled 30-15 days before the start of the trip, 75% of the trip fee if the contract is canceled 14-07 days before the start of the trip, and the entire amount less than 7 days before the start of the trip to the AGENCY.
E- The CONSUMER’s illnesses or deaths that prevent him/her or his/her first degree relatives from performing their usual activities for 10 days, and the official board report to be obtained from a fully equipped state hospital before the start of the service are exceptions to the cancellation/transfer articles
. 3.3 The CONSUMER can transfer the tour to any person he/she wishes until exactly 7 days before the start of the trip. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all expenses arising from the transfer together with the transferor. The CONSUMER is obliged to submit all cancellation/transfer requests in writing to the AGENCY before the start of the service.
3.4 If the CONSUMER does not notify in writing that he/she will participate in the service whose start he/she missed; the AGENCY has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the CONSUMER after 24 hours. No refund will be made to the CONSUMER in such cancellations.
3.5 The AGENCY may, if deemed necessary, partially or completely cancel the tours it has announced or registered for before the start of the service, provided that it notifies the CONSUMER. During the same period or during the service, the AGENCY may change the names of hotels within the scope of the service, means of transportation and their departure points, and the order of visits to places specified in the program and shown as places to be visited. If the CONSUMER does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, it has the right to cancel its reservation and receive a refund for the unconsumed service fees.
3.6 The AGENCY may notify each CONSUMER individually of possible tour cancellations, or it may also announce them on its website. The CONSUMER accepts this situation in advance.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
1- All responsibility regarding the baggage and its contents belongs to the owner. CONSUMER is obliged to comply with the laws and customs applicable to the vehicle he/she will travel in and the facility he/she will stay in.
2- In cases of loss or damage to baggage caused by the provider’s gross negligence; if CONSUMER has the provider issue a loss or damage REPORT, 1/2 of the total cost of the trip that corresponds to transportation, regardless of the material and moral value of the items in the baggage and other characteristics and features, will be paid by the AGENCY to the CONSUMER, the owner of the item, as material and moral compensation for the lost item and suitcase. AGENCY is responsible for all kinds of loss, damage and theft of the items that have been declared to it in writing together with their values and received, up to the transportation cost of the trip.
3- VISA PROCEDURES and SERVICES are not included in the purchased service.
4- AGENCY is responsible for reasons other than force majeure that occur after the commencement of the service it undertakes, situations for which CONSUMER is responsible and situations arising from personal responsibilities of third parties. In cases within the scope of AGENCY responsibility, it may compensate the changes against CONSUMER in the form of a refund of the price or service in accordance with the provisions of TÜRSAB ANTALYA Schedule, and it may also seek compensation with additional and/or alternative arrangements that are not included in the price and provided to CONSUMER during the service. The fact that additional or substitute services are received, used or consumed by CONSUMER eliminates CONSUMER’s rights to a refund and compensation.
5- CONSUMER accepts that it will comply with the rules announced by the guide, facility and transportation vehicle authorities regarding the purchased service; that it will respect the life, property and peace of third parties, otherwise it will not be able to receive the service for a justified reason and will not have the right to a refund.
6- If the CONSUMER terminates the reservation by claiming that the service performed is defective, he/she must notify the AGENCY representative and the hotel where he/she is staying in writing of the reasons for termination. Otherwise, he/she will be deemed to have received and used the service.
7- It is the duty of the bona fide CONSUMER to cooperate and act diligently for the CONSUMER to notify the AGENCY of the issues he/she complains about in writing during the performance of the service.
8- CONSUMER(s) who do not sign the contract but participate in the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted and undertaken the terms of the contract upon the reading and approval of this contract by the CONSUMER(s) they have assigned to register on their behalf.
The AGENCY reserves the right to recourse to other CONSUMER(s) for the collection of the excess amount or service fee paid to the CONSUMER(s) who have signed the contract.
9- According to Article 12 of Law No. 1618; If a package tour service is purchased, the cases where the package tour is not provided or is not provided at all are covered by insurance. The coverage is up to the package tour price.
10- If the CONSUMER wishes, before the package tour and/or accommodation service starts; he/she can insure the return expenses to the point of departure in case of accident or illness and all kinds of damages and treatment expenses arising from accidents.
11- In case of partial or complete non-compliance of the AGENCY with the Agreement, the articles of TURSAB ANTALYA SCHEDULE shall be applied in calculating the compensation to be paid.
12- A transfer fee of £5 will be added for Kemer, Side, Alanya and Manavgat hotels for The Land Of Legends , The Land Of Legends Night Show , Aquarium.
ARTICLE 5- AUTHORIZED COURT
Istanbul Consumer Courts and Arbitration Boards are authorized to resolve disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement.
The CONSUMER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
